Access to and use of the Cruval website are reserved for strictly personal use. You agree not to use this website or the information contained therein for commercial, advertising, or political purposes. The website is available in two languages (French and English) and allows you to select the currency for price display according to the user's preference (euro, Swiss franc, etc.), in order to facilitate navigation and the shopping experience.

Terms of sale
1. Products
The jewelry offered is designed by Cruval, then produced abroad and imported before being resold in France. The store mainly offers rings, bracelets, and various types of jewelry. Some models are available in multiple sizes or in different variants (e.g.: color, finish). Each product is presented with a product description as detailed as possible.
2. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros. In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, Cruval currently benefits from the VAT exemption scheme and is not subject to VAT. The prices displayed therefore do not include VAT. A partial contribution to shipping costs may be included in the displayed product price in order to ensure transparent pricing with no hidden charges for the customer. Promotions or discounts may apply from time to time. In the event of a manifest pricing error, Cruval reserves the right to cancel the order.
3. Orders
Any order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. A confirmation email is sent after validation. Cruval reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (e.g.: fraud, non-payment, abusive use).
4. Payment
Payments may be made by credit card or via PayPal. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. In the event of refusal of the transaction by the banking institution, the order will be automatically cancelled.
5. Delivery
All orders are shipped exclusively from France, regardless of the destination. This ensures simplified logistics management, optimized delivery times, and full compliance with French tax regulations.
- Deliveries outside the EU: Customs duties or local taxes may be charged upon arrival in the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

- France and European Union (standard): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
- Express: 24 to 48 hours
- Europe outside the EU: 5 to 10 business days
- North America: 7 to 15 business days
- South America, Asia, Oceania, Africa: 10 to 30 business days
These timeframes are provided for information purposes only and may be extended due to events beyond our control (strike, customs blockage, health crisis, etc.).
Carriers
Deliveries are handled by Mondial Relay, Chronopost and DHL, depending on the destination and the option chosen by the customer at the time of the order.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are indicated before order confirmation. They may vary depending on the geographic area, the weight, and the volume of the parcel.
Import duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be applied upon arrival of the parcel in the destination country. These charges are borne exclusively by the customer and are their responsibility.
Liability
Cruval cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to carriers or customs procedures, nor for unclaimed or lost parcels if the information provided by the customer is incorrect.
6. Warranties
- Legal warranty of conformity (article L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
- In the event of a defect, the buyer is required to inform Cruval as soon as possible.
7. Limitation of liability
- Indirect damages (loss of opportunity, loss of chance, non-material damages...)
- Consequences of improper use of the product by the customer
- Damage caused by a third party or by a force majeure event (strike, natural disaster, etc.)
8. Governing law – International disputes
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. However, for consumer customers located within the European Union, the mandatory protective provisions of their national legislation shall also apply.

Return policy
Statutory right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation (article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code), the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties. The customer may return the product at their own expense within this period, provided that it is unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
Cruval extended return policy
In addition to the statutory right, Cruval offers an extended return period of 30 days for all unworn products in their original condition. This allows customers who are not satisfied or are hesitant to benefit from additional purchasing comfort.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.
- Returns must be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
- Any non-compliant return may be refused or partially refunded.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of a product error or proven defect.
Refund
The refund is issued within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product. It is made using the payment method used for the order.
