When will I receive my order or shipping confirmation?

Once your order has been validated, you will usually receive a confirmation e-mail within about ten minutes. This message confirms that your order has been registered and that we are starting to prepare your piece.
When the items ordered are in stock, preparation and shipping generally take place within 1 to 2 working days.
If one of the items in your order is temporarily unavailable, this will be indicated during your purchase. Our team may also contact you to keep you informed of the time needed before shipping.
Parcels are mainly prepared and dispatched from Monday to Friday. An order placed on a Friday may therefore be shipped from the following Monday.
