Statutory right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code), the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. The customer may return the product at their own expense within this period, provided it is unused, complete and in its original packaging.
Cruval's extended commercial policy
In addition to the statutory right, Cruval offers an extended return period of 30 days for all unworn products in their original condition. This gives dissatisfied or hesitant customers additional peace of mind when purchasing.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with no trace of use or damage.
- Returns must be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase.
- Any non-compliant return may be refused or partially refunded.
Return costs
Return costs are payable by the customer, except in the event of a product error or a proven defect.
Refund
The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. It is made using the payment method used for the order.
