Terms of sale
1. Products
The jewellery offered is designed by Cruval, then produced abroad and imported before being resold in France. The shop mainly offers rings, bracelets and assorted jewellery. Some models are available in several sizes or in different variants (e.g. colour, finish). Each product is presented with a description that is as precise as possible.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros. In accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, Cruval currently benefits from the VAT exemption scheme and is not subject to VAT. Displayed prices therefore do not include VAT. A partial contribution to shipping costs may be included in the displayed product price in order to offer transparent pricing with no surprises for the customer. Promotions or discounts may apply from time to time. In the event of an obvious error in the displayed price, Cruval reserves the right to cancel the order.
3. Orders
Any order implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale. A confirmation email is sent after validation. Cruval reserves the right to refuse an order on legitimate grounds (e.g. fraud, unpaid invoice, abusive use).
4. Payment
Payments may be made by bank card. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. If the transaction is refused by the banking institution, the order will be automatically cancelled.
5. Shipping
All orders are shipped exclusively from France, regardless of the destination. This allows for simplified logistics management, optimised lead times and full compliance with French tax regulations.
- Deliveries outside the EU: customs duties or local taxes may be payable on arrival in the country of destination. These charges remain payable by the customer.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. They may vary according to geographical area, weight and volume of the parcel.
Import duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs charges or local taxes may be applied when the parcel arrives in the country of destination. These charges are payable exclusively by the customer and are their responsibility.
Liability
Cruval may not be held liable for delivery delays attributable to carriers or customs procedures, nor for parcels that are not collected or are lost if the information provided by the customer is incorrect.
6. Warranties
- Legal warranty of conformity (Article L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)

- the consequences of improper use of the product by the customer
- damage caused by a third party or by an event of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, etc.)
8. Applicable law – International disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. However, for consumer customers located in the European Union, the mandatory protective provisions of their national legislation also apply.
Cruval undertakes to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
