When is my order shipped?

We prepare and ship orders from Monday to Friday.

An order validated in the morning is shipped the same day. Placed in the afternoon, it goes out the next working day.

An order placed on Friday afternoon will therefore be shipped from the following Monday, as our workshops do not ship at weekends.

These times apply to items available in stock. Should one of the pieces in your order require additional time, we would inform you by e-mail.

As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, you receive an e-mail containing your tracking number.
