Is your jewellery guaranteed?

All our jewellery carries a one-year warranty, from the date your order is received.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects: a faulty clasp, a weak soldering point or a finish that proves defective under normal conditions of use.

It does not extend to natural wear, everyday scratches, or damage resulting from an impact, excessive bending or prolonged contact with chemical products.

If you notice a defect, contact our team quoting your order number and attaching a photograph of the piece. We will review your request and offer you a suitable solution.
